I help people create peace with their relationship with food, exercise, and body image. Nutrition therapy for eating disorders, binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, orthorexia, emotional eating, body image concerns, intuitive eating, and menopause in Seattle and throughout Washington State.
