Hi, I’m Katherine! I am Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people to live free from disordered eating so that they can live a full, meaningful life. I offer support and guidance to help folks to cultivate a flexible and peaceful relationship with food and their body. I believe that disordered eating and body shame sucks the life out of people and I offer ways to get time and energy back by providing tools to cultivate joy, pleasure and embodiment.
Through my practice, I have sought to create a weight-inclusive space where people can find their way home back to their body and reclaim that which was taken from them at a young age, body trust and wisdom. I seek to educate clients and the public about the impact of diet culture and the layers of oppression that are baked into it. I believe in affirming and weight-inclusive care and healthcare for all.
I specialize in eating disorder recovery, body image concerns, and weight-inclusive nutrition therapy and lead body image healing groups for women. I believe and practice fully from a HAES approach.
In addition to individual and group work, and managing my practice, I also work with other nutrition entrepreneurs and practitioners providing business coaching to help them to cultivate and grow the business they dream of without sacrificing their own values.

Maria is responsible for making all the things at Bravespace Nutrition run smoothly. She is involved in both taking care of client support at Bravespace Nutrition and handles the behind the scenes work.
She supports Katherine directly as her virtual assistant, and because of this you may hear from her from time to time!
She resides on the east coast with her family and new puppy!
